Terms
These terms apply to the tools and license keys sold on databreak.win and its subdomains.
Seller
Sales are made through Polar Software Inc., acting as merchant of record. Polar is the party you contract with for the purchase; Polar's terms govern payment, invoicing and tax. Data Break provides the software and support.
What you get
A license key that unlocks the paid features of the tool it was bought for, for personal or business use, on any number of your own devices. Keys are not transferable and may not be resold or shared publicly.
Refunds
If a tool doesn't do what its page says, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full through Polar. Refunds are processed by Polar to the original payment method.
Free tiers
Free features are provided as-is and may change. We will not remove a paid feature from a tool you have bought a key for.
Warranty and liability
The tools are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Data Break is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
